'Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money but not more time'
Jim Rohn
We've been conditioned to believe that the harder we work, the better we will do - the more we will earn.
During education, we did long division instead of using a calculator, we memorised history instead of googling the answer and we wrote essays by hand, instead of using a laptop.
We were told that the harder we studied and revised, the better we would do. And if you tried that, you will know that it worked. Because in education we were rewarded for learning and being able to demonstrate what we had learned.
But it turns out that in the real world, that's not the case. We are only rewarded for the value we add and the results we produce. Whether it takes you 10 hours or 1 hour to; make the sale, write the article, design the ad or create the strategy - doesn't matter. It's all about the result.
If you can find a smarter, faster, better way to do it, you become more valuable.
In the last 6 months, 5 of my clients started working 10-20% less per week. While doing this, they got promoted, they got pay rises - they earned more money while improving their quality of life.
Working hard is easy. It feels like a safe and reliable way to get what we want - we were conditioned to believe it is the 'right' thing, the admirable thing.
What's hard is having the discipline to stop, slow down and set boundaries.
Working less and earning more requires a mindset and discipline. You may be reading this and still wondering if it's possible. It is, and if you want to do it, you can Apply for a call to find out how I can help.

'I had a true breakthrough session with Simon. In just our first session together, he was able to identify the root fears blocking me and through his thought-provoking questions helped me come up with a solution to break that pattern.
I wasn't expecting this level of breakthrough in my first session with him, but was very pleasantly surprised! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM to help unlock your highest potential!'
