Coaching is a powerful journey, and having the right support makes all the difference. That’s why I’ve built a team of expert coaches who share my passion for helping people find balance and reduce stress to live, healthy and fulfilling lives.


Each coach brings their own unique background and skillset and is united by the same mission – to help you build a life where you can thrive both professionally and personally.

Joseph is a seasoned and qualified coach with over 15 years of experience supporting people with self-discovery and positive life transformation. He has worked in coaching, counselling, leadership and consultancy roles across various boardroom, non-profit, healthcare and grassroots contexts.


Working with Joseph will enable you to break free from limiting beliefs and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your potential. You will leverage insights about your thoughts and behaviours into clear goals, purposeful actions, and sustainable practices. Joseph's clients describe profound shifts in how they think, feel, act and make decisions.


His coaching approach is collaborative, strengths-based and direct. He helps people address all kinds of challenges, including imposter syndrome, stress, anxiety, burnout, self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties and addictions.


Following an ADHD diagnosis in recent years, Joseph has evolved his coaching practice to include specific programmes for neurodivergent people. This includes interventions that address the unique strengths and challenges of those with different cognitive variations.


Alongside coaching, Joseph works as a trainer, facilitator and consultant. He also enjoys reading, learning and making music.

shleigh Hayden is an ICF accredited Coach whose unique blend of behavioural coaching, neuroscience, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) equips her clients to tackle life’s most pressing challenges. 

Ana initially qualified as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist and has clinical experience in the NHS and neuroimaging research settings. She since retrained in Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Life Coaching and holds a Master’s level 7 Diploma in Integrative Healthcare with National Centre for Integrative Medicine. 


She has a special interest in somatic approaches for emotional regulation, such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) – also known as tapping. Her approach is to empower her client’s mindset to deal with challenging life situations such as health conditions, relationship difficulties, chronic stress or low self-esteem issues, focusing on the role and impact of their emotional landscape on their sense of wellbeing. 


The therapeutic time with her clients is dedicated to understanding their internal ‘world map’, preferences, values, and priorities towards their life and health, using that to define sustainable goals to work towards together, as a team. With this collaborative approach, Ana has helped people dealing with chronic stress, anxiety, chronic pain and recovering from toxic relationships.


As well as providing 1:1 support to clients, she is also interested in health promotion in local communities. In 2022 she was part of a charity funded project to support low-cost access to complementary therapies to the Grenfell community in London.

Georgia is a qualified Personal Performance Coach, accredited NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner and DISC Personality and Behaviour Profiling facilitator. Her mission is to empower purpose-driven professionals to achieve a lifestyle that brings them happiness and fulfilment. 


Through powerful and transformational coaching, Georgia will work closely with you to identify your priorities, shift perspectives, and build your confidence. You will take a close look at your habits, behaviours, and current lifestyle to gain clarity and move you forward to a place where you are thriving in all aspects of your life.

Georgia's coaching focuses on the multi-dimensions of your wellbeing: physical, emotional, creative, environmental, financial, spiritual, occupational, intellectual, and social. Clients report being able to exercise more choice and control over their own happiness and freedoms than they ever thought possible; coaching is the catalyst to that change!

James is passionate about helping people break free from unfulfilling careers and find a path that truly excites them. As an ICagile Certified Professional Coach (ICP-ACC), he believes that anyone can create a life of purpose and fulfilment with the right guidance and support. He’s dedicated to helping clients unlock their potential, discover their true passions, and make courageous decisions that lead to lasting change.

 

His own journey into coaching began after achieving a professional milestone that left him feeling unexpectedly unfulfilled. This prompted James to re-evaluate his path and embark on a journey of self-discovery, where he realised that his true calling was in helping others become the best version of themselves. Empowered by this insight, he shifted his focus from a successful corporate career to coaching, knowing he could make a bigger impact by guiding others towards a more meaningful career path.

 

With over 16 years in the corporate world—10 of those years managing projects and programmes across Law, Education, Food Retail, Fintech, and Banking—James brings a deep understanding of what it means to feel stuck in a role that no longer resonates. He now uses his experience to support clients who are ready to step into new opportunities, whether that means finding a fresh career or launching their own ventures.

 

This realisation not only brought James into the world of coaching, but it also inspired him to pursue this new path while travelling through Southeast Asia—embracing the freedom and fulfilment he now helps his clients achieve. Raised in Lancashire, James embodies a direct, no-nonsense approach, challenging clients in a way that brings out their best while always being their biggest supporter. For those ready to break through their own perceived limitations, James offers the guidance and unwavering support needed to create a life of passion and purpose

Dr. Jeevan trained at the University of Cambridge, receiving his Medical Doctorate and a Masters in Physiology, Development and Neuroscience. He has since worked as a junior doctor in the NHS, helping patients with both physical and mental conditions. He has also been the lead author for multiple research articles on sleep, mental health and addictive behaviours.


After years of studying medicine, he has trained as a coach to make a greater impact on people’s lives outside of the hospital. He serves his clients in a holistic way, using his breadth of knowledge about the human body and mind, to ensure that his clients are in optimal physical and mental condition to achieve their goals.


Dr. Jeevan uses cognitive, behavioural and goal-directed approaches to help clients to build unwavering motivation and eliminate unhealthy behavioural patterns. His clients have beat chronic procrastination and ended lifelong addictions. His pragmatic approach to client transformation aims to give his clients a strong sense of identity, long-lasting discipline and the essential skills to lead productive, fulfilled lives.


After being raised in a deprived area of East London, Dr. Jeevan is truly passionate about coaching those who come from humble beginnings to reach their true potential.

Justine is a Professional Certified Coach and qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, dedicated to empowering ambitious individuals to grow personally and professionally in an authentic way.


Her 25 years of business experience, blended with coaching, has led her to partner with global organisations as well as private clients.


Justine works with clients on a broad range of areas, from leadership development to mindset and behaviour change. She believes that reducing overwhelm, stress, and anxiety while increasing clarity, calm, and balance is key in creating space to focus on what’s truly important, enabling you to make desired changes and maximise your potential. She will help you do just that.


Her approach is open, honest, and direct, with a calm curiosity to challenge the status quo. She fosters a person-centred, trusting relationship in a confidential, non-judgmental setting, always offering unconditional positive regard.


In addition to coaching and counselling, Justine is a mentor, facilitator and trainer. Outside of work, her never-ending passion for learning about human emotion and behaviour keeps her busy. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family or practising reformer pilates, preferably in the sunshine!

Max is an ICF Certified Coach and experienced self-development trainer.


He specialises in helping busy professionals to achieve more joy, purpose and balance in their lives. Drawing on his background as a former lawyer & lecturer, he has a genuine understanding of what it’s like to operate in high-pressure industries. Max is also passionate about helping his clients to embrace their authentic selves and pursue their true aspirations. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, he knows firsthand what it’s like to feel like an outsider and suppress parts of oneself to fit in.


As an Accredited Transformative Coach, Max facilitates lasting change through questioning, active listening, insight, reflection, gentle challenge and accountability to shift limiting beliefs. He believes that everyone holds the answers within, and his role is to help clients unlock that ‘inner gold’. He adopts an integrative approach, drawing on tools and techniques from various disciplines, including NLP and transactional analysis. Additionally, as a skilled trainer in self-leadership, resilience and high-performance, he integrates these teachings into his work.


Max’s coaching style is both calm and transformative. He creates a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where clients feel able to show up as their true selves and achieve their goals.
