Why I Do This
I’ve always been interested in people — how we think and what drives us.
I spent 10 years in London, caught up in the hustle -- leading teams, founding businesses, chasing goals, and packing as much into life as I could. I was forcing progress.
In 2019, I stepped away to spend 14 months travelling the world.
I slowed down, recalibrated and rediscovered how to flow.
After that, my passion for helping people grow became my purpose and my profession.
Over time, I noticed a pattern. Many ambitious, capable people fall into the same trap I did — taking on so much that they struggle to enjoy the life they've built.
The very traits that make them successful — ambition, high standards, conscientiousness — also create pressure, stress, and imbalance.
To expand my impact, I built and trained an expert team.
For the last few years, we've been supporting ambitious people to find balance, so they can achieve their goals without sacrificing their health or relationships. To perform at their best while actually enjoying life.
Many people end up forcing their way through life without realising it. My work is about helping them start flowing.

My Life Now
Life looks very different now.
I still work hard and care deeply about what I do, but it no longer feels like everything is happening at full speed all the time.
There’s more space, more presence and more clarity. I'm intentional about how I spend my time and energy.
I run the business with my wife, Katie, which brings a real sense of partnership and balance to both work and life.
I train regularly, spend time outdoors, walk the dog, and make space for things I enjoy — like tennis and padel.
My work is important, I have big goals, but my business fits into my life, rather than taking it over.
This way of living isn’t accidental. It’s the result of learning how to find a sustainable, balanced life.
And it’s what we help our clients build.
My philosophy:
Flow > Force
The people we work with are capable, driven and successful.
But they’re also under pressure. They’re pushing hard, holding a lot, and trying to keep everything moving.
On the surface, things look good, but underneath, it often feels like a constant effort just to stay on top of it all.
This is what I call operating in force.
Force isn’t failure. In fact, it’s often what creates success in the first place. But over time, it becomes unsustainable.
It leads to pressure, frustration, and a sense that something isn’t quite right — even when things are going well.
There’s another way to operate — I call it flow.
Flow isn’t about doing less, it’s about operating with clarity, trust and control.
You think better, you make stronger decisions. You use your time and energy more effectively. And over time, things start to feel less forced.
You’re no longer relying on pressure to perform, and your results improve because of it.
At its core, the idea is simple:
You can be ambitious and fulfilled at the same time.
You don’t have to sacrifice one for the other.
If you recognise yourself in this, the next step is to have a conversation.

Podcasts & Media
My work and philosophy have been featured across a number of platforms, sharing not just my journey, but the principles behind our coaching approach.
Talk Radio
In 2024 I was invited onto Talk Radio to comment on the Labour's policy to send 1000 career advisors into Schools.
I shared my perspective that what young people need more of is confidence and courage to follow their passions and not to be scared to fail.
The goal for life should be to love what you do, and to succeed at it while creating harmony in your life and career.
It isn't about just working flat out in the pursuit of wealth, while sacrificing everything else.
