People usually know how much they do or don't like their job, but it can be hard to pinpoint exactly why. And exactly what they need to feel happier at work.
This assessment breaks your job satisfaction down into three areas:
Fulfilment - how much you care about the cause that you or the company you work for are working towards.
Enjoyment - to what extent you enjoy the job function - the tasks and activities you will spend the majority of your time doing.
Needs & Expectations - how happy you are with the level of financial compensation, flexibility and freedom the job offers you.
When you understand your score in these three key areas, you will have clarity on what you need to work on or change.
