Dani was working evenings and weekends. She couldn't switch off and felt guilty when she wasn't working. She was unfulfilled by how she spent her time. During our programme she took on a promotion while learning to delegate and set boundaries. She stopped working the long hours and got better results at work. She doesn't feel guilty for taking time off any more, and spends her free time in more fulfilling ways.
