What qualifies me to help you?
I've
always
been fascinated by human behaviour.
My interest in people led me to progress through a career in sales, leadership and consultancy roles. I discovered that a fundamental key to enabling myself and others to achieve success means finding balance and maintaining physical and mental well-being.
I've studied and trained in NLP, leadership, coaching, positive psychology, personality profiling, philosophy and the principles of success and happiness.
I've put all this to use in my own life.
In 2019, I took a break from work to travel the world for 14-months. Unburdened by the distractions of a job and 'normal life', I experienced greater clarity and presence and learned the true value of time.
I became determined to follow my purpose: to use my passion, skills, and experience to empower people to live healthy, balanced and fulfilling lives.
Since 2020 I have been coaching people all over the world, enabling them to create their version of success.

This is a general guide to what you can expect
Month 1
From session one, you will uncover and correct unconscious beliefs that have always challenged you. You will discover: your unconscious world view, your personality, strengths, tendencies, saboteurs, values, drives and coping mechanisms.

Unlike counselling or therapy, which focus on dealing with mental health, difficult emotions or trauma, life coaching helps people overcome every day challenges and achieve their goals. Life coaches often specialise in a specific area such as career, relationships or fitness. I specialise in helping ambitious people prioritise their personal and professional goals to live healthy, balanced & fulfilling lives. The coaching I provide is life-changing!
