Do you ever feel like this?


  • I'm unsatisfied/unfulfilled in my job
  • I can't switch off and relax or get to sleep

If so, there is one thing you need to realise; we were all conditioned to live a certain way through our parents and our upbringing. 


We were conditioned to do things like: 


  • Overwork 
  • Struggle financially
  • Fear change 
  • Avoid taking risks 


So no matter how hard you try to avoid these things - they will keep returning. You will unconsciously create situations that cause stress or financial pressure to keep yourself stuck in that reality. Your nervous system is literally regulated to be this way.


Why do you think some lottery winners blow it all? Why do some people in happy marriages throw it all away? Why can some people never rest? They are unconsciously trying to remain in the state they were physically and mentally conditioned to be in.
